Congratulations to the students of Buttevant Taekwon-Do Club who enjoyed great success at the Munster Open Taekwon‑Do Championships, recently held at the SETU Arena, Waterford.
Competing against athletes from clubs across Ireland and beyond, the Buttevant competitors delivered outstanding performances, bringing home a fantastic collection of gold, silver and bronze medals across a range of divisions including patterns and sparring.
The event attracted large numbers of competitors and is regarded as one of the key regional tournaments on the Irish Taekwon-Do calendar.
A huge well done to all the students who represented the club with pride and determination. Their dedication in training paid off on the day, and the club is extremely proud of their achievements.
Special thanks also to the instructors, coaches and parents who continue to support and encourage the athletes every step of the way.

TABLE QUIZ
Buttevant Taekwon-do Club Parents’ Association will host a fundraising Table Quiz in Coláiste Mhuire (Secondary School), Buttevant on Thursday 26th March at 7pm.
There will be a Junior category for 2nd, 3rd and 4 classes and a Senior category for 5th and 6th classes. Tables of four cost €20 and there will be a raffle and tuck shop on the night. Teams can be registered at buttevanttaekwondoclub parentsa@gmail.com or on the night. All are welcome to come along for what promises to be a great night of fun and friendly competition.
