Best wishes to the Academy 4th year technology class and their teacher Ms Orla Dineen who will compete in the final of the Vex Robotics competition in C.I.T. on Saturday, 30th January. The team have been working hard on their design and are confident of victory in Cork. The project forms part of a S.T.E.M. initiative which fosters cross-curricular learning in the areas of science, technology, engineering and maths. The winners on the day could eventually be lucky enough to participate in the international robotics competition in California later this year.
