Bethany Cushing from Ballyhea has been selected as Dublin Rose 2023, and will join contestants from all over Ireland and further afield for the Rose of Tralee Festival in August. Bethany was educated in Ballyhea N.S. and Coláiste Mhuire, Buttevant before moving to Dublin to pursue her studies at Trinity College. Since graduating, she has worked as a radiation therapist and in cancer research. She is continuing to further her studies and has just completed the third year of her Medical Degree at the Royal College of Surgeons. We wish Bethany all the best for the Rose of Tralee in August.
