Mallow Chamber has announced this week that the Mallow Gift Card is now available to buy at Katie’s Newsagents. Gift cards are available from €15 to €500 and can be used to purchase items in up to 60 retail outlets in Mallow, all of which are listed on the Mallow Chamber website. As well as being the perfect gift, the Mallow Gift Card also offers great opportunity to Mallow as a great place to shop. Another benefit of the gift card is the tax-free benefit it provides to employers who use it to reward and motivate their staff. Mallow Chamber is in partnership with the Gift Voucher Shop (GVS), the company behind the One4all Gift Card. Employers can reward their staff with up to €500 on a Mallow gift card completely tax-free as a one-off benefit each year, while at the same time stimulating the local economy through its use in local retailers. The benefit is exempt from income tax, the Universal Social Charge (USC) and employee and employer PRSI.
