Mallow Search and Rescue will hold its annual Christmas Swim on Monday next as a fundraiser for the Unit’s activities. The swimmers will enter the water at the Bulwarks at 11am on Christmas morning, and will swim to Mallow Bridge. Collectors will be located on approaches to the bridge, and support would be very welcome.
Mallow Search and Rescue carries out searches for missing people all over the country for people and as a voluntary group they rely on public and corporate donations to pay for expenses.
