Mallow Castle will be sparkling with Christmas cheer this Saturday as the second annual Christmas Fair takes place from 1 to 5pm.
Admission to the event is free, and inside there will be lots to enjoy, such as a Christmas Choo Choo train, a walkabout by Santa Claus, kids’ carousel, bouncy castle, face painting, gift stalls by local traders and businesses, festive food and drinks, seasonal performances by Baltydaniel National School, Scoil Ghobnatan, Cór Mhagh Ealla and Mallow Bible Gospel Singers, and much more. There will also be a Monster Raffle with lots of prizes, generously donated by local businesses, such as hampers, restaurant vouchers, wine, tickets for horse racing and many surprises. It’s a brilliant event for the whole family to enjoy, so make sure you call in!
Mallow is pulling out all the stops to attract shoppers this Christmas, and many traders will be offering special 10% discount deals on Saturday, and as an added incentive, parking is free in all the town’s car parks until the new year, while you can get 30 minutes free on-street parking.
