HSE SPORTIF CYCLE IN AID OF DOWN SYNDROME LIMERICK

HSE staff with the support of County Limerick Local Sports Partnership are organising a Sportif Cycle in aid of Down Syndrome Limerick. The event will begin and conclude from Bruff GAA Hall on Saturday September 22nd.

This Sportif Cycle is for all levels of cyclists from beginners to the advanced with something to suit everyone, with 80km,50km and 10km routes. Registration fee €15 for 80km and 50km and €5 for 10km cycle.

Cycle Pursuits will provide free bike set and skills workshops for the whole family and to conclude the event there will be a Kiddies cycle up through the village of Bruff.

So if you haven’t been on the saddle for a while, dust off your bike and come and join the fun. Many of us find it difficult to keep active but yet when we are we know we feel better in body and mind. Let us help get you started.
