Three members of Mallow Camera Club have gained acceptances and won an award in the international salon ‘ArtFoto 2014’ in Bosnia Herzegovina. The photo salon is open to amateur and professional photographers from all over the world.
John Hooton, Bill Power and Teddy Sugrue were among a shortlist of Irish photographers who won awards and acceptances in the salon.
John Hooton won a salon ArtFoto gold medal and had ten images accepted. These were Brandon, 3 Sisters, Sunbeam Express, Rock Cluster, Clogher, Wine Strand, Rolling Wave, Strollers, Cloghane and West..
Bill Power got acceptances for a total of seven images, namely, Ellen in Blue, Alley Apple Three, Mystic Eyes, Book Rest, Cassie Jade, Romanesque Poise and La Pyramide.
Teddy Sugrue had five acceptances for Coomenole Cliffs, Kinard Dusk, St Finian’s Bay, Kinard Point and Tuscany Dawn.
