St Patrick’s Day has been met with silent streets in towns and villages for the past two years, but that will all change today when parades make a triumphant return, with colourful costumes and a wide range of music. There will be several parades all over North Cork and South Limerick, and everyone is asked to come out and celebrate our national day at the following venues;
Buttevant 10.30am from GAA pitch.
Churchtown 12 noon.
Kilmallock 1pm.
Kilfinane 2pm.
Mallow 2.30pm.
Bruff 2.30pm.
Ballylanders 3pm.
Knocklong 4pm, and donations would be appreciated for the Ukraine Appeal and the Irish Kidney Association.
Herbertstown – No parade, but a special Fun at the Field Day from 12.30pm, with ball games, novelty events, bouncy castles, face painter, balloon twisting, a kids’ disco and lots more.
We wish all our readers a very special St. Patrick’s Day.
