Knockainey G.A.A. club launched their latest fundraising venture earlier this week in Moloney’s bar. They are holding the quiz show ‘Who Wants to be a Thousandaire’ in Bulgaden Castle on Friday 7th March at 8pm.
The show is based on the popular TV quiz show ‘Who Wants to be a Millionaire’, and eight lucky contestants will get the chance to win up to €1,000. The show includes the three lifelines of Ask the Audience, Phone a Friend and 50/50.
Tickets are on sale at €15 and can be got from Kieran Madden 086-3509936, John Leo 087-2193729, Michael Walsh 087-9737431 or any committee member. Tickets will also be available at the door. There will be a raffle, and finger food will be served.
This is an opportunity to support the local G.A.A. club while you also have a chance of winning up to €1,000.
