Mallow Chamber Dinner

Friday 12th January saw the directors of Mallow Chamber, the Mayor, councillors and various community groups come together at Springfort Hall Country House to celebrate the extra-ordinary contribution that Sharon Cregg has made over her four-year tenure as president.  Sharon, who has become a well-known figure at festivals and events, was recognised for her hard work in the community, but more so in supporting the business community. Mayor Frank O’Flynn spoke of her dedication and commitment, and the valuable con-tribution she has made to Mallow Town.  Representatives from the HSE, Cork County Council, Mallow Arts Initiative, Avondhu Blackwater Partner-ship, Mallow Develop-ment Partnership, Cork ETB and the Cork North and West Local Enterprise Office, all thanked Sharon for her involvement. Sharon will continue serving the business comm-unity on Mallow Chamber’s Board of Directors, and will also remain actively involved in the community at large.
