Mick O’Regan Memorial Motorcycle Run 2023

On August 12th the final Mick O’Regan Memorial Motorcycle Run will take to the roads in aid of Pieta, the centre for the prevention of suicide and self-harm. The run will traverse some fabulous motorbiking roads across North Cork, into south Limerick and back to Buttevant for a Barbeque and a draw for some really good spot-prizes provided by our generous sponsors. On the day there will be street entertainment before the run with music, face-painting and coffees and teas at sign-in in Kit Roche’s Bar. There will also be a draw for a spectacular helmet drawn from the sign-in sheets. Entry is by donation. Be sure to sign-in; this top class helmet has been sponsored by Philip and Mary. There will be bucket-collectors operating in Buttevant, Mallow, Fermoy, Mitchelstown and Charleville on the day of the run. They are easy to spot in their blue Hi-Viz jackets. Please give generously as you always do because every single cent counts. According to Pieta the Mick O’Regan Run over the past 10 years has saved upwards of 200 lives and has changed many thousands of lives for the better because the 200 saved still walk this earth with us. They say money can’t buy happiness and it can’t, but in the hands of healers in Pieta it can point many vulnerable people to the pathway to health and happiness. The Mick O’Regan Memorial Motorcycle Run is proof of this. Please join us on Saturday August 12th for another great day out. Everybody is welcome. We will have entertainment on the street in Buttevant from 10.30am with the Run leaving at 12.30pm.
