Nazareth House will lose its much-loved Director of Nursing after it was announced that Marie O’Malley is leaving the job to take up a new post in Co. Clare. Marie has spent the last six years at Nazareth House, and she has seen major changes and challenges with the construction of a new state-of-the-art Nazareth campus which has transformed the lives of residents and staff. Speaking this week, Marie said, “My six years in Nazareth have flown by and it has been my pleasure and privilege to have known you all [residents and colleagues]. I have thoroughly enjoyed each moment and will be very sad leaving.” Marie will be succeeded as Director of Nursing by Donna McNamara-Carroll,
