Orla O’Leary has qualified for the Irish Youth Music Awards, to be held in the Aviva Stadium on April 22nd.
Orla O’Leary composed the winning song at the heat of the Irish Youth Music Awards held in Mallow Youth Centre last week. Orla is a very talented songwriter and has written and recorded a number of songs with the music project which runs in Mallow Youth Centre from 4 to 6pm on Mondays. This free club has inspired many teens to start writing their own music and we must say that we love Orla’s style. The best act was won by Cait Kerrigan who had an amazing voice and song. Both songs will now be performed at the Irish Youth Music Awards, to be held at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin on 22nd April. CDYS Youth Work Ireland would like to wish them to best of luck.
