As part of the healthy schools programme, pupils of Scoil Iosagain Mallow enjoyed a wonderful skip hop day when instructors taught each junior and senior infant class some basic and some more intricate skipping movements. A wonderful display was held for parents and friends of the school on Monday 16th April, and it was thoroughly enjoyed. Skipping is returning to the playground during lunch time and will improve co-operative fun amongst all the infant pupils.
A general open day is to be held on Thursday 26th April at 11am in Scoil Iosagain. A further Enrolment Open Day for all incoming pupils starting school in September 2012 and their patrons will be held on Friday 18th May in Scoil Iosagain.
