Slí na Sláinte route opens in Bruff

A new Slí na Sláinte walking route was launched in Bruff last Friday, the twelfth route in Limerick. Developed by the Irish Heart Foundation and supported by Bruff Tidy Towns, Limerick Sports Partnership and Limerick City and County Council, the 3.5 kilometre route is located north of the town and designed to encourage people to get more active and go walking. The signposted route was launched by the Deputy Mayor of the City and County, Cllr. Gerald Mitchell.
Limerick’s Slí na Sláinte routes are located in Abbeyfeale, Adare, Askeaton, Athea, Bruff, Castleconnell, Castletroy, Kings Island, Knocklong, Limerick city, Newcastle West and Rathkeale.
