Congratulations to Coláiste Mhuire Buttevant students Stephanie Kearney, 5th year and Muireann Kennedy, TY who won the All Ireland 2016 Healthy Eating Cooking Competition at Lismullin School of Culinary and Home Arts, Navan, with their dish – 1916 Influence which was gammon steak with apple and cider sauce, colcannon, braised celery sticks and carrot chips; caramel custard with stewed apple.
Stephanie is from Dromore, Dromahane and Muireann is from Buttevant. Well done girls.
