Tadhg’s mountain-top ‘bazzer’ raises funds for Le Chéile Africa

Proud Sean Moylan Park man Tadhg McMahon, wife Ber, family and friends travelled to Kildorrery last Saturday morning for a climb of the Ballyhouras, and when the group reached their destination, Tadhg sat on a stone wall and had his lockdown locks shaved to raise funds for Le Chéile Africa. It was a might day and everyone had a great time, but more importantly, over €2,550 has been raised (so far) which will be used to maintain the charity’s current projects and also allow for the purchase of a fourth cow which was named Dóchas – meaning hope – by Tadgh and family. Tadhg was feeling a little lighter in the head on his descent from the Ballyhouras, but a fine sum of money was collected for the worthy cause, and Tadhg and Ber would like to say a sincere thank you to everyone for their support, and if you have a couple of euro to spare, you can still donate by going to Tadhg’s page on Facebook.
