Kaleb and Thiha Kearney-O’Sullivan will perform on the Late Late Toy Show.
Two pupils at Glantane National School are over the moon this week after being selected to perform on the Late Late Toy Show on RTE. Thiya McCarthy, 9, and her brother Kaleb, 5, attended the Toy Show auditions in Cork recently where they performed for Ryan Tubridy, and they made such an impression that they were told last weekend they will be travelling to Montrose later this month to perform on what is one of the most-watched programmes of the year.
Thiya plays the concertina, while Kaleb is a lilter. Both are students at Wild Boar Productions in Kanturk, and Thiya is also a member of Raheenagh Comhaltas in Co. Limerick. No doubt the entire school community in Glantane will be glued to their televisions on the night the Toy Show is broadcast.
