Congratulations to three Rathkeale shooters on qualifying to represent Ireland in the European and World Championships to be held in Wales in July.
Ian O’Sullivan finished top under 21 shooter over the year, which ensures him captaincy of the Ireland team, a remarkable achievement at 16 years of age, while his grandfather Billy O’Sullivan claimed another international cap in the veteran section. Billy and his team mates are hoping to complete a remarkable third European team gold in the veteran section.
Marie Shiels, a regular international shooter, will also hope to add to her impressive list of medals at the European and World Championship.
