Unveiling of COVID 19 Wall at  Le Chéile Family Resource Centre

Pictured in front of the Covid-19 wall at Le Cheile Family Resource Centre are Community Health Worker Pauline O’Grady-Noonan, and administrator Bhavna Crone. Photo, S. Murphy.

The Mallow Community Health Project, in collaboration with Le Chéile Family Resource Centre (FRC) staff, unveiled their COVID 19 Wall on Monday, 21st December, in the main hallway at Le Chéile FRC. The unveiling was carried out by Pamela Nolan, who will take over as Manager in February 2021.
The whole affair was very low key and in keeping with COVID-19 regulations, but hopefully in 2021 the people from Mallow can come and see all the work that was carried out by Mallow Community Health Project and Le Chéile FRC during the different levels of the pandemic. The photographs reflect the ‘can do’ attitude and the huge level of resilience that is alive and well in Le Chéile FRC.
The COVID 19 wall displays over 50 photographs of pieces of work that were carried out in the Mallow area through the hard work and diligence of Mallow Community Health Project, in collaboration with Le Chéile FRC staff.
These pieces of work are wide-ranging and varied, and were carried out by all the different sections/services in Le Chéile FRC/Mallow Community Health Project during the pandemic that started in March 2020.
