Wayne O’Donnell made his debut appearance this Wednesday night in the latest series of ‘Operation Transformation,’ and his first public event will be a walk in Doneraile Park this Saturday at 11am, to which everyone is invited.
Wayne will also appear as a guest on the Ray Darcy Show on RTE1 Television on Saturday night.
Day one of ‘Operation Transformation’ for Wayne began this Tuesday, and his training and diet schedule for the weeks ahead will lead to a 5K run in Phoenix Park on 24th February. Wayne is looking forward to the challenge, and he is delighted with the great support he has been receiving from family, colleagues in CDYS, sports clubs and locals since he was announced as a leader on the show. “It all happened really fast, but I am really looking forward to the challenge,” he said.
